Young Barney is a limited-time premium character that was released on December 12, 2018, as part of Act 2 of A Simpsons Christmas Special 2018 Event. He is unlocked upon the placement of the Ice Fishing Shack.
He returned on March 13, 2019 during A Classless Reunion 2019 Event as part of the Prom Photo Booth Bundles. He was in versions 1, 4, 5 and 6.
