Wisecracking Parrot is a limited-time NPC that was released on June 23, 2017 as part of the Time Traveling Toaster 2017 Event. He was the fourth prize to be won in the event's Act 3.

Wisecracking Parrot is a character in Disney's Pyramus and Thisbe. After Abe told a story of Pyramus and Thisbe, a book by Disney was shown, with a talking parrot on the front. Lisa then mentioned that every time Disney adds a wisecracking parrot to a story they think they own it.
