Truckasaurus II is a limited-time decoration that was released on April 13, 2022, as part of the Hell On Wheels 2022 Event. It was unlocked upon the purchase of the Tray of 132 Donuts for the duration of the event.

Truckasaurus II is the second, more realistic, version of Truckasaurus. It was made in conformance with the latest paleontology theories about dinosaurs. When it was revealed at the Springfield Demolition Derby, the crowd booed it and threw things at it until it broke.
