Treestache is a limited-time premium NPC that was released on September 27, 2017, as part of The Serfsons Promotional. It is unlocked upon the placement of Treestache's Grove. Later it became a part of Treehouse of Horror XXVIII Event, it could be bought for 60.

Captured and enchanted Treestache can be released from Treestache's Grove and after 4 hours, player gets:

These decorations are not unique, player can obtain them repetedly.

It is the only character in The Serfsons character collection who is not a costume.
It is the second NPC to come with an item, the first is Goosius.
He is one of the six characters whose unlock image appears next to an animal (a pigeon in his case). The rest are Cletus, Crazy Cat Lady, Magic Act Milhouse, Pharaoh Skinner, and the Great Raymondo.
