The Tourist (Female) is a limited-time premium character released on March 7, 2017 as part of the Destination Springfield 2017 Event removal update.
She was released again on March 15, 2017 with the Rommelwood Academy 2017 Event.
She was only obtainable through the Tourist Bundle.
