The North Pole is a limited time decoration that was released on December 24, 2014 during the Christmas 2014 Event. It was the first prize to be unlocked during the Winter 2014 Part 2 prize track.
It returned in the Winter 2015 Event as a hidden bonus via the Special Helper questline after purchasing the Little Helper Ralph.
