Teenage Homer is a limited-time character that was released on August 29, 2018, as part of Act 3 of Moe's Ark 2018 Event. He was the seventh and final prize to be won in the event's Act 3.
He returned on March 13, 2019 during A Classless Reunion 2019 Event. He was the final prize along with the costume, Prom Time Homer. However, if the player already had Teenage Homer, then they would just get the costume.
