Street Cleaner is a limited-time NPC released on April 15, 2016, as part of Wave 2 of the Spring Cleaning 2016 Promotion. During the promotion, it was offered with a rebate of 35 donuts when purchased.

• Like Stampy and Casino Nessie, Street Cleaner moves on the road instead of the path.
• It's the first character with no unlock screen and no associated character collection.
