He was released on March 15,2017 as part of Rommelwood Academy 2017 Event and on February 2,2018 as part of Bart Royale 2018 Event in the WWII Tank & Sgt. Skinner bundle

Walter Seymour Skinner is a Sergeant in the U.S. Army, the son of Sheldon and Agnes Skinner. He dreamed of becoming principal of Springfield Elementary School, which he frequently told to the men under his command.
