Changes: Road to Riches

Road to Riches was a late-game quest line that was introduced on May 30, 2017, alongside the Time Traveling Toaster 2017 Event. It re-introduces Cecil Terwilliger, alongside (currently) 3 new highly expensive decorations. It starts once you build your first Aspirational Building.
