Raoul is a limited-time premium character that was released on April 23, 2018, during Act 3 of The Springfield Jobs 2018 Event. He is unlocked upon the completion of Raoul's Penthouse.

Raoul is a senior who lives in Miami Beach, where he owns a penthouse apartment. Women disgust him and became interested with Abraham Simpson and showed him his penthouse. To avoid hearing Abe's speech, he shuts his hearing aid off.
