The Project Board is a limited time decoration released on August 11, 2015, during the Monorail 2015 Event . It was unlocked for free upon completion of A Rail of One City Pt. 6 . It was a key part of the event, as it was where projects were handed in for event currency.
Daily Challenges [ ]
Each day players were presented with a challenge to hand in a certain amount of projects. If they completed the required amount of projects they were awarded a bonus on Blueprints , Duct Tape or Bells and Whistles . The bonus was 600 times the amount of projects required to complete the challenge.
There was a daily cap of what one could earn with the project board projects. Upon reaching it players were not able to turn in projects until the next day. This cap only applied for the currency earned from projects and did not include the bonus. Players were also still able to collect currencies through other means during the current day. When the player had collected all the current act's Personal Prize , the cap turned inactive.

Projects [ ]
There were 3 types of projects the players could choose from; Minor , Normal and Major .
Players had to use Junk , Metal , Plastic and Glass to earn event currencies in order to get personal prizes , and when they got all of them, extra track pieces .
Projects were randomly issued and when the players reach the requirements, they are rewarded with a bonus. There is a system to the projects though. A project consists of two resource elements. The first one is always present, while the second one is added with a chance of 10% for minor projects and 40% for normal and major projects. Projects are then randomly generated from a primary resource and eventually a secondary resource. Any combinations are possible, except for those being twice the same currency (e.g. Junk + Junk project). In case there are two resources required, the total reward is the sum of both components' rewards.
