Primo is a limited-time character that was released on March 21, 2018, as part of Act 1 of The Springfield Jobs 2018 Event. He was the fifth prize to be won in the event's Act 1.

Primo was a man who worked as a mobster with Dante Calabresi Sr. and Dante Calabresi Jr.. Primo was part of the Calabresi crime family which was a rival of the Springfield Mafia. They put Fat Tony into the hospital, leaving his son, Michael D'Amico, to exact revenge on them.
