President Lisa is a limited-time character that was released on August 30, 2016, as part of the SciFi 2016 Event. She was the sixth and final prize to be won in the event's Act 2. She is a counterpart of Lisa.

She returned as a premium character on January 3, 2018 during The Buck Stops Here 2018 Event. She was a possible prize in the Shadow Government Mystery Box.

She returned on February 27, 2019 during the State of Despair 2019 Event as a possible prize in the Ballot Box Mystery Box.

She was re-released on January 15, 2020, as part of the Holidays of Future Past 2020 Event.
