Pasta Bowls were a limited-time currency available during the The Van Houtens 2020 Event. They were used during the Act 4 main questline The Van Houten Curse, and the total is only visible there. The counter resets after each stage of the questline and Pasta Bowls earned do not carry over from one part to the next.
