Mr. Sparkle (ミスタースパーコル Misutā Supākoru in Japanese), is a limited-time premium character that was released on February 12, 2016, as part of Act 2 the Destination Springfield 2017 Event.

It returned on March 21, 2018 during The Springfield Jobs 2018 Event as a possible prize in the Asian Wonders Mystery Box.

Mr. Sparkle is a Japanese dish-washing detergent mascot who bears a strong resemblance to Homer.

  • Mr. Sparkle's design originated when his parent company produced him as a joint venture between Matsumura Fishworks and Tamaribuchi Heavy Manufacturing Concern, when they combined an animated fish (the face) and a lightbulb (the head).
