The Monstromart is a limited-time premium building that was released on November 20, 2018, as part of the Black Friday 2018 Promotion. It was the fourth prize to be unlocked in the promotion.

The Monstromart is a very large supermarket located in Springfield. When compared to either the Kwik-E-Mart or the Springfield Grocery Store, the Monstromart is much bigger, with a wider choice of items.

- Only one can be obtained.
- It can be placed on grass, pavement, dirt, boardwalk, pier, edge of boardwalk, or edge of pier.
- The building's action reads "Selling Everything Except Food" even though in the episode the Monstromart appears in, "Homer and Apu", a wide variety of food products are sold there.
