Dialogue[]

Monorail Station (quest chain) Pt. 1[]

Character Dialogue
Conductor Homer Icon "You know what would make being a monorail conductor even better? If there were people on the monorail to see me do it."
Lisa Icon "The problem is there's no way for them to get on. We need to build something."
Conductor Homer Happy Icon "What are you thinking -- human catapult?"
Lisa Icon "Actually I was thinking of a monorail station."
Conductor Homer Sad Icon "Oh. I guess that's good too."

Monorail Station (quest chain) Pt. 2[]

Character Dialogue
Conductor Homer Icon "Well, we've got a couple passengers now... but it's mostly just your Gils and Molemans, looking for a place to sleep."
Lisa Icon "That's because we've only placed one station. No one can get anywhere."
Conductor Homer Icon "Please, no one needs the monorail to get anywhere."
Conductor Homer Icon "You can walk this town from corner to corner in less than a minute. I do it all the time for some of my obscure jobs."
Conductor Homer Icon "What we need is to make the station we already built even bigger!"
Lisa Confused Icon "I really don't think that would solve the problem..."
Conductor Homer Happy Icon "Less thinking, more building placing!"

Monorail Station (quest chain) Pt. 3[]

Character Dialogue
Lisa Icon "So have you come around on the idea of building more stations for people to travel to?"
Conductor Homer Icon "No. Add more pieces to the main station! Bigger is better!"
Conductor Homer Icon "People in New York don't go to Grand Central Station to take trains to dumb places in Connecticut."
Lisa Icon "A lot of them do. Also Westchester County."
Conductor Homer Icon "No, they go there to eat lobster in that giant restaurant in the basement."
Lisa Sad Icon "But none of these station pieces are lobster restaurants."
Conductor Homer Icon "It doesn't matter. People can use their imaginations."
Conductor Homer Icon "Maybe it's a lobster place, maybe it's a steak joint, maybe it's both."
Conductor Homer Happy Icon "The point is... the station should be big!"
