The Meat Propaganda Billboard is a limited-time decoration that was released on November 14, 2017, as part of This Thanksgiving's Gone to the Birds! 2017 Event. It was the first prize to be won in the event.
It was re-released on June 9, 2021 during the Springfield Enlightened 2021 Event as a possible prize in the Banned by the Buddha Mystery Box.
