About

Leopold is Superintendent Chalmers' assistant. In spite of his menacing appearance, he can actually be quite polite. Whenever he makes introductions, people mistake him for the substitute employee, only to discover that he's introducing a new employee who at Springfield Elementary who turns out to be someone other than Leopold.
