Leopold is a limited-time premium character released on March 15, 2017, as part of the Rommelwood Academy 2017 Event. He is unlocked upon completion of the Enriched Learning Center.

Leopold is Superintendent Chalmers' assistant. In spite of his menacing appearance, he can actually be quite polite. Whenever he makes introductions, people mistake him for the substitute employee, only to discover that he's introducing a new employee at Springfield Elementary who turns out to be someone other than himself.
