The Juvenile Correction Facility is a limited-time premium building that was released on February 6, 2018, as part of Act 2 of the Bart Royale 2018 Event. Upon completion, Jeremy Jailbird is unlocked.
About
Springfield Juvenile Correctional Facility is a young offenders' prison. It is probably operated by the Springfield Police. Bart was taken there after a faking a wedding. Homer got a job there as a security guard to protect Bart against the other boys. The Facility held a dance, in which a male and female inmate are handcuffed together and was when Bart and Gina Vendetti escaped together.
