Jeremy was a TV network executive. He once worked with Lindsey Naegle when they drove Krusty to retirement because they became so demanding and annoying that Krusty can't stand them anymore. Later he comes to fire Krusty, but he was fired by Diane because he didn't fire Krusty fast enough.
