The Itchy & Scratchy Land Banner is a limited-time decoration that was released on May 30, 2018, as part of the Itchy & Scratchy Land 2018 Event. It was a Level 2 craftable item. During the event, it added a 0.5% Amusement Bonus if placed in the Amusement Bonus area around the Itchy & Scratchy Land Gate.
