Abraham "Abe" Simpson (also known simply as Grampa) is a non-premium character in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. He is the fifth Simpson character to be unlocked, with the completion of the Retirement Castle.

Abraham "Abe" Jay-Jebediah Simpson II, also known as "Grampa Simpson", or simply as "Grampa", (born May 25 1907) is the patriarch of the Simpson family, the father of Homer Simpson, Herbert "Herb" Powell, Abbie and the grandfather of Bart, Lisa, and Maggie Simpson. Abe is a World War ll veteran who was later sent to the Springfield Retirement Castle by Homer Simpson. He is known for his long, rambling, and often inaccurate stories and general incompetence.
