The Evil Shopkeeper Bundle is a limited-time premium consumable that was released on October 25, 2017, during Act 2 of the Treehouse of Horror XXVIII Event. It was offered only to those players who didn't own the House of Evil and the Talking Krusty Doll since before the event began.
Once purchased, the Evil Shopkeeper, House of Evil, and Talking Krusty Doll were placed in the player's inventory.
