Changes: Dilophosaurus

Dilophosaurus was a limited time popable character which was added to the game with the Time Traveling Toaster 2017 Event. When a Dilophosaurus is tapped by the player, they will receive Fossils and Specimens. After the event, it is unlockable as a NPC in the Time Traveler's Bundle during the Pride 2017 Event. This can come in the Time Traveler bundle which is available in the Yearbook Mystery Box. This bundle includes Plague Rats and Pharoh Guard.
