Decorations mostly are non-payout objects that can be used to decorate your Springfield. Premium Decorations are decorations that are bought (almost always) with donuts that can reward the Player by bringing in bonus Cash and Experience in the form of a percentage. The decorations also raise your overall town rating by contributing points to each category respectively.
