Crazy Iguana Lady is a limited-time premium costume for Crazy Cat Lady released on October 4, 2016, as part of the Treehouse of Horror XXVII Event. She was placed on the player's inventory once purchased from either version of the Crazy Iguana Lady Bundle. Once unlocked, 200 MAG Points were rewarded to the player.
She was re-released on January 23,2018 as part of Bart Royale 2018 Event in the Doomsday Mystery Box
