Crazy Cat Lady is a premium character released on April 15, 2014 during the Easter 2014 Event. Even though she was released with an event, the Crazy Cat Lady is not a limited time character. She is unlocked upon building the Crazy Cat House. When clicked on, she makes various cat noises.
On January 23, 2018 during the Bart Royale 2018 Event it, along with Crazy Cat House came with the Crazy Iguana Lady Bundle as a possible prize in the Doomsday Mystery Box.

Dr Eleanor Abernathy MD JD, better known as the Crazy Cat Lady, is a mentally-ill woman who always surrounds herself with a large number of cats. She usually screams gibberish and/or throws her cats at passersby. She gives Lisa one of her cats, Snowball V, who looks exactly like her original Snowball II. She has eaten a cat before. Some believe it was Snowball I.
