The Circus Cotton Candy Stand is a limited-time premium building that was released on March 8, 2022, as part of Act 4 of the Cirque du Springfield 2022 Event. The first one was the second prize to be won in the event's Act 4. Additional ones could be bought for donuts in the store for the duration of the event.
