The Chateau Maison is a limited-time premium building that was released on January 31, 2017, as part of the Destination Springfield 2017 Event. It also includes a façade and the Grape Stomping Vat that is acquired upon completing the quest line. The vat introduces a new visual regular job for Bart. You also acquire an alternate skin for the building upon completing La Vigne de le Sang Pt. 2 task.
It returned on April 1, 2018 during The Springfield Jobs 2018 Event.
About
Chateau Maison is where Cesar & Ugolin live and where Bart stayed during a foreign exchange trip. A donkey that Cesar and Ugolin own also lives there, who is forced to do back-breaking work on their grape vineyard until Bart is sent there during a foreign exchange trip.
