The Buckingham Pay-Less Motel is a limited-time building that was released on December 8, 2015, along with the Winter 2015 Event. It was the fourth prize to be won in the Event's Act Two.
It was re-released on December 21, 2016, during the Winter 2016 Event as a possible prize in the Platinum Mystery Presents.
It returned on April 10, 2018 during The Springfield Jobs 2018 Event as a premium building.
