The Brazilwood Tree is a limited-time decoration that was released on January 31, 2017, as part of the Destination Springfield 2017 Event. It was a craftable item and each item crafted contributed to levelling up the Reward Center.
It returned on February 22, 2018 during the Bart Royale 2018 Event. 6 of them were found in the Overgrown Ruins Bundle.
