All-American Apu is a limited time costume for Apu that was available during the July 4th 2013 Event, the July 4th 2014 Event and the 4th July 2015 Event. During the 4th July 2013 Event, the outfit was free and available at level 5 or higher. When it was re-released, it was a premium item for 30 Donuts.
It returned on March 13th 2019 in the Yearbook Mystery Box.

After a bear is found wandering through Evergreen Terrace, Quimby proposes and new tax to fund a bear patrol. However to distract people from his original intent he blames the new tax on illegal immigrants and calls for the deportation of all illegal immigrants from Springfield.
Apu dresses up in a stereotypical American outfit and talks in an American accent in hopes of not being deported.
